For the Love of Conch

This film describes the story of the Queen Conch, a mollusk that generations of Bahamians have fished for their livelihoods. However, overfishing has threatened the sustainability of the species. We see how Bahamian leaders, scientists, environmental organizations, fishermen, vendors, and government officials try to find ways to conserve the Queen Conch for future generations.
